The principals are both certified mortgage bankers (CMB) and are personally involved with each engagement.

About us

Partners

Cameron Watts, CMB

Cameron has 20+ years of mortgage banking experience in secondary markets, retail, wholesale and correspondent areas of production and operations. He holds a B.S. from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, California, an MBA degree from St. Mary's College of California and the Mortgage Bankers Association CMB designation. In addition, Cameron graduated from the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking in 2007 and was part of the Future Leaders Program in 2006.

C. M. "Corky" Watts, CMB

Corky has 40+ years of experience in managing and operating mortgage banks. He has broad based knowledge of the production, secondary markets, operations and information areas of residential mortgage lending. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Santa Barbara, California and the Mortgage Bankers Association CMB designation.

Graham Watts

Graham joined C. Watts Mortgage Consulting Services in 2021. Previously, he ran a boutique recruiting firm where he placed executives for venture-backed startups across North America. He is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley.
